There are 2 Options - Option A & Option B

*Rent prices include ALL utilities, INCLUDING personal land line phone,
basic cable, and internet. All units have AC/Heaters.
**Prices DO NOT include the $35.00 per person application fee.
***Prices DO NOT include a one-time NON-REFUNDABLE community fee
of $800.00.
The Meal Package (Optional) includes 3 meals a day with daily substitutes available.
Mealtimes are a s followed:
Breakfast: 7:30am/9:30am
Lunch: 11:30am/12:45pm
Dinner: 4:00pm/5:15pm
*Meals can be held for later pick up with notice to the kitchen during
mealtimes.
Housekeeping (Optional) includes the following:
Lite Dusting, Vacuuming, & Bathroom & Kitchenette cleaning.
For Daily Trash Services trash must be outside of unit door by 10am.
